At Warhammer Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality prints and canvases. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the artwork.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective tube or flat-pack box to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided return shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of the package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement piece within 5 business days.
